HEAD SUPPLY PUMP

	Head supply pump is one of the most important components in a cylinder, which is used to jet the fuel. Our product of high quality requirement is more compact than the traditional ones. We adopt proper cutting technique in order to keep the precision of the products from profile and difficult-to-machine material. The products are shipped after electrolysis de-burring. 直噴ヘッドサプライポンプシリンダーの中に直接燃料を噴射する直噴エンジン用の心臓部品です。従来品よりも非常にコンパクトであり、品質要求が非常に高い製品です。異形材であり難削材である製品の精度を保つため、それに適した切削を行っております。また社内で電解バリ取り機を使用し製品内部に発生したバリを除去してから出荷をしております。

Wire Ring

We produce wiring which is loaded on hubcaps of an automobile. We have realized automation on cutting, curling, and welding in producing according to the drawings from our clients. Requirement on welding is very strict, for it is very dangerous if the wiring breaks during traveling.

ワイヤーリングという部品を製造しており、自動車タイヤのホイールキャップに搭載されています。コイル状の線材から、切断・カール・溶接お客様の図面仕様にあわせて、油圧プレスによる空気バルブの逃がしの成形を、自社で自動化し、製造しております。このリングが折れてしまうと、走行中に、ホイールキャップがはずれてしまう為、溶接の強度の保証が重要とされます。
